Hi, I've played RA2/YR about a decade ago, and I just returned. I bought the game from origin and I tried launching it, but I get a black screen. I searched up ways to fix the black screen, however now there's no black screen but it flashes the desktop constantly. I am running on windows 10.

I tried these methods:

None of them worked. Help me please anyone?

1) Disable Origin In-Game for RA2/YR.
2) Get Bibber's fixed TUC launchers: http://bibber.eu/downloads/cnc-ultimate-collection-launchers/

I followed everything, when I load in, I can't see menu icons.

Sounds like you didn't set the compatibility settings exactly like the XWIS fix links suggest, or you just extracted the fixes to a different folder than needed and/or didn't run them.
