Let me educate the other admins then;
In 'Yuri's Revenge : Quick Match', the most popular way to win the game is to destroy all of the enemy's 'buildings'. There is one unit in the game that allows the game to continue, without any 'buildings' being detected in the game and you could even say that it doubles as a 'building'. That unit is the MCV (Mobile Construction Vehicle). It is similar with all 3 sides and when deployed acts as an important and if not the most important 'building' in the game. The Ra2 and Yr statistics pick the MCV up as a 'building' when deployed, and a 'unit' when in original form.
There is a glitch that makes the MCV invisible and this only works because the 'unit' still registers as a 'building' in-game and allows the game to continue. However in the statistics in registers as a 'unit'.
The perfect example of 'invisible MCV' glitch statistics can be found below.

Now that the admins are educated about the glitch, they should know that glitch abuse or bug abuse is not allowed on the XWIS servers and are considered a bannable offence.
When a bug is considered abused, a cheat report can be completed and then the admins decide whether there is sufficient evidence and whether the offence is bannable.
A perfect example of reporting an 'invisible MCV' would be something very similar to this
report. It contains a r/dpl screen-shot (verifying the game), more screen-shots showing the map fully revealed and no enemy units visible and even rock solid evidence of the accused confessing to the bug abuse/cheat/bannable offence.
To say there is insufficient evidence is a joke. Both parties agree that bug abuse has been used and the statistics point to the same individual using it not once, but in three different games.
To say statistics don't count as sufficient evidence, I know for a fact that they are taken into consideration in reports about DCs (Disconnections)/REs (Reconnection Errors) and of course reports about 'pushing', where one player intentionally loses the game to boost the other with points.
Unless of course you are trying to encourage this bug abuse to the game, there is no reason to punish the accused accordingly.
