Hi ,
a chinese friend of mine had a serial years ago, he created 4 nicknames with it.
Now when he try to add his serial to the cp it says : Serial has been registered already (SID: 638003)
He never shared the serial and never added this serial to the cp.
What can he do about this ?

He is not the best chinese player but he will be better
He is also the translator for chinese people, to help them to play on xcl.
I have some serials where i can create nicknames for them.
So i hope i can introduce 30 chinese players to xcl.
