His been dodgin for like over a year now ....... yes he still cheats.

Finecigar has Dodged over 15 times? and now he somehow is allowed to play?
because him and bill are friends he doesnt get banned?
This is a joke and u wonder why people are quiting TS? i can tell u now this is a reason i quit.

Good to hear he has many serials a bit like mammy/aurdead hopefully this isnt a 1 week ban blitz like last time and u guys keep banning them however i know its hard work, but dont let them win =)

I rebanned mammy 200 times during that ban blitz, aurdead not as often but quite a bit. i know finecigar has access to the same lists so don't expect this to be over quickly. I've made a ban dodgers topic, so lets use that and we'll try and keep on top of the dodgers.

Also, expect innocent casualties as these guys get on shared serials that fair players are also using. Expect casualties where fair players have let cheaters on their nicks, or they have logged into cheaters nicks.

It's not going to be an easy process, but is needed if we want to keep these guys off of TS.

K outburst, firstly, you're an idiot. Finecigar doesnt cheat. That was years ago when he was cheating, back when he was a modder.
I dont believe he deserves permaban, that's just BS. And I think it's ridiculous that you say anything at all about it, did he ask you for ss or something?
Huntmen mapped vs us, then d/c'd us, and then threatened to report finecigar for bann dodging. I think it's ridiculous that people can cheat us and we can't say **** about it because they will report him for permabann dodging. Bil, is there no way to lift a permabann? some kind of probation? Because he doesnt cheat, and it's just these boys who dont know how to play tsfor **** think it's cool to report him, hey less competition for them right? newbs.
