noob ss -> packet recieved too late.

AND USUALLY IN REPORTS YOU SAY NEED DPL DATA ETC, so you havent judged by the proper rules, and you and mart(BBGTR0NIC, CAVEMAN, SIAMESE) who used ratzebu's log, must be in cahoots for this to be proven in there favour. This shouldnt even be tbi, it should be not proven in our case and proven in theres.1 player doesnt give sync file, no ss's of dpl etc...

The 3 sync files agree that Iraq0wnzU caused the error, correct decision.
