The tool adds/deletes an entry to the hosts file - it can be done manually and therefore stopping ppl getting access to the XWIS is a no goer.
IP banning would not be effective IMO - too many ppl have dynamic IP addresses (or proxy progs) but maybe worth a try but then again alot of effort for IMO little results.

The serial will probably be banned for 32 days, just like with WL...olaf if lets say i am caught cheating, will u ban me permanently from xwis? (these are just scenarios) or will that name just not be able to login to xwis?

And there are other ways to get Ser Nos - some ppl (cheaters) will go to shop and get the no from the back of the case, hire the game or simply ask dumb and dumbers in forums!!!

wait till plaf sorts a few things we gonna have regular XCL invasions on their - for REAL XCL points B)I've been on again at XWIS at 12.05 pm GMT and still no one there = Olaf what about fixing a time (GMT I suggest) to get everyone to see the interest it generates.

Who said anything about a huge price - just open the case and write down the ser no - happens alot and go into most game stores (in the UK ) and you will still see RA2 on sale (and in Germany).

If they are Ser number banned a new account will not work - or??
