Trouble connecting to games

Hi guys. I keep getting that thing where you start joining a game, then it freezes on that screen with the little circles (you know the one I mean). It's like they bailed, but it happens on lobby games too. It sometimes works but this happens like more than 50% of the time. Any ideas? I don't get on much and this really puts me off playing.

Hi, my antique PC has finally died and I want to play some ra2 on my laptop. I've had numerous serials over the years but i cant find an instruction book anywhere. Do I need to purchase a serial even though I still have access to all my old nicknames? I've never purchased a serial from xwis. Thanks I'm advance.

I just used a waypoint from ifv to get a spy in against Olaf. Not only did he insta-quit, but he also sent me a specially tailored message which now appears when I log in: "Haven't you been warned before using such bug abuse? All bugs are 'part of the game'."

How am I supposed to know what constitutes bug abuse? If it's not allowed, why did the game designers make it possible? Am I in the wrong or is Olaf just crying because he knew he was beaten?

Discuss, Olaf your opinion is welcome too.
