reinstalled after not playing for 6-7 years and bam!

Hello,

 

I've literally just reinstalled RA2 from an easy 6 year absence, Emilio was asking me to play some games with him and had a bit of free time so wanted a quick practice so the prodigy couldn't beat the master when we had our match...  Tried to log in with one of my nicks, get to the lobby, know one on, but then wait, I notice it says "error banned serial - 21.9 years left. 

 

I've never given my serial to anyone and never given my nicks to anyone, is it possible for someone to have been on and guessed my details and cheated? Is it maybe just that i've been banned because of past disputes and attitude clashes?

Comp freezes after every game of Ra2

Ok, i know you are all probably getting sick of this by now, but i'm lame when it comes to anything too in depth with computers, i could do with somebody talking me through step-by-step how to resolve my current problem with Ra2.

I will explain again what is happening and hopefully Olaf, Neil, Riz or anyone else who knows of the problem could assist, linking me to something that tells me the problem is not going to help me, i need someone to talk me through what to do please...

Everytime i finish a game of Ra2, my computer freezes on the stats page or just a blank page, then my whole computer freezes, even ctrl+alt+del doesn't work. I have to switch it off at the mains, it's really irritating and would be very grateful to anyone who could help.
