when a rec.error shows up on my screen and i push print screen i go to mgi photosuite III se and i got a ss but the image i not clear how can that be ?????

From reading your other post, I see you don't know how to save in .jpg format. And there is no need to use photosuite, simply go to Paint, and paste it in (Ctrl + V). To change the format, go to File > Save As. Then where is says 'Save as type' simply click the arrow, and choose JPEG from the menue, as can be seen below:

i know but my paint on windows u cant save it as jpeg or jpg ?

I'm pretty sure they all can, just follow what I said. What Windows have you got, 95 ????

Ok then, well what exactly does it say when you go to Save As and do what I said?

mine goed to 24 bit and all above is the same only there it stops

Try just typing .jpg at the end of the name you save it as.
