You need decent upload speed. I think 2 Mbit/s will be about the minimum for a decent stream with small resolution.

If ur internet is good enough for the stream, get program "XSplit Broadcatret", I think its more simple then "Open broadcaster software". Then, find out a video guide of how to tune it up for twitch/youtube, I'm kinda lazy to describe whole process of tuning it up.
