If you are experiencing problems playing online, before posting a support topic please do the following:
- Read through the pinned topics in the support forums. The solution to many problems can be found in the Troubleshooter and other specific topics.
- If you still cannot find a solution, use the search function to see if somebody else has experienced the same problem.
If you are still unable to find a solution, create a support topic. Be sure to include the following:
- A good topic title briefly explaining your problem
- A more detailed description of the problem in the post
- Any steps you have already taken to fix it
- Which version of the game you are running (XWIS download or other)
- Your operating system
- Any other technical details which could help (for example, if posting a connection issue you should post your firewall details and router model).
Please do not bump topics. The support team will get round to responding as soon as possible.
