Ok so following on from the success of Masons 1v1 FFG Tournament, i want to hold a 2v2 tournament at the end of January. Hopefully this will give everyone enough time to sign up and see if they have a night off from the missus to play some 2v2 ffgs.


Date:Saturday 26th January
Time: 6.30pm GMT

Show up around 6:00-6:15 PM GMT with your team mate and I will make the brackets and organize the tournament from 6:15-6:30 and then the tournament will start!

If the semifinals/finals matches are not finished and all players can agree, then the tournament will carry over to the following day.


There may be a prize for the winning team...!!


This is an RA2 tournament.

If you are interested - sign up with your team mate and your team name. Sign ups will be available all the way up to around Jan. 26th 7pm GMT There is no limit to the number of players so encourage everyone to join!

Reason for the tournament: To have fun and get some competitive 2v2s, to boost activity and get a lot of good players on around the same time to play

If this goes well we will do this more often and set up for competitive 2v2 cm tournaments in the future!

this is just a for fun tournament between friends, bo3... meaning first to 2 wins... double elimination, meaning you must lose 2 series. - Finals will be bo5, first to 3 wins

rules: no alt, no engi, no eat, no cheating

Auto SS is REQUIRED

map pool: New maps only!!

Settings:
Short game: ON
MCV repacks: ON
Crates: OFF
Superweapons: if both players agree to have it on, then on, if not, then off.
credits: 10k
unit count: 0

By signing up below you are only showing that you are interested in playing in the tournament and you are not held responsible for not showing up. There will be a 15-30 minute period where everyone will get online before the tournament starts and the brackets will be made at that time. Therefore the brackets will not be made at a prior date and everyone that is logged on at that time can play. People who log on late will not be able to participate.

If you dont have a teamm8 and still want to sign up, just place your name and info so other people that dont have a teamm8 can get ahold of you.

or top player and and average player to even it out,

edit: hm maybe not a good ideal, some players get really upset at losing and flame there allies.

I have tried it before.... and i liked it too... but with lots of damned hard work by myself!

random teams be better i would think as is you get two top player it wont be much fun for others.
