Since the introduction of the Control Panel, we have had SO MANY people coming here asking for help with it. I know it's not particularly complicated as it is, but the evidence suggests that it still needs to be more accessible and self-explanatory to our new arrivals. This can be achieved with some more/better wording.
Making it look pretty and giving us access to extra clan profile options (just for fun, i.e. logos, homepages, full names, etc.) wouldn't go a miss either.
At the moment, the system as a whole seems as though it was put together last century.

Knit put it beautifully. I've recieved numerous complaints from new players about the Control panel and its complexity, and some players coming from other C&C communities have shied away from XWIS entirely due to not wanting to bother with it. Technically its a marvel, however in terms of HCI it's not. Something must be done to make it more intuitive.
