1. When you see them cheating explain to them this is a cheat free ladder before you post about it.
And explain nicely you would like a free win if not you will have to report them and they will be banned.

2. Be nice they don't know the rules help them understand the rules before you get them banned or attempt to help them understand the rules.

3. Tell them about the forums http://xwis.net and where cheaters are reported.

4. Be nice the 1st time your interaction with them will determine if they stay on XCL and try to be good players.

Everone always thinks they are cheated don't take it personal they might not know this is a cheat free ladder and cheaters are busted and reset inform them in a nice way instead of going to lobby and my favorite quote seen in the lobby directed to a new person " you *&^^%% cheater go back to westwood"
we don't want that we also dont want them to cheat i think we should have a buddy talk to the new people like sunflight except named cheatbot when a new person cheats the old person has cheatbot talk to the new person about the rules and such.. instead of automatic 4 day ban have a freewin given and informing them of the rules is a much better approach.
