Its the same noob that played as micha1345 or what ever it was, he is 100% a mapper and it would seem this player is lagging to get wins because this player has never had this problem before i guess his maxing his cpu out so the game lags so much that other players quit.

A simple ss request will get this player out of ladder seeing i can confirm he maps because i have obs a couple of his games where he does not scout and walk engi straight to buildings and oils.
