Im having the same problem...and im really not wanting to lose my old account "crusade". I made that account on my old computer, but i still have the serial code. So i installed the game on my new computer and now i cant use it. But when i get on my old slow computer i can still log on that account because it remembered the password. Why cant i just do the old fashion "reset passwords" trick? then the problem woulda been solved
