I don't agree. Wehn he didn't know my nick we used to play many games in QM. Then when he realized that playing vs me could mean "to lose" he
crashed the connection. This guy doesn't just bail, he let the connection start then stops it.
I hate him.

Ok guys I have got a huge problem in skirmish mode. The AI attacks immediately upon starting the game. I have read it is some kind of protection on westwoods part like I did something wrong. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it as best as I know how. I'm not sure what I need to do. My friend originally gave me a copy of the game to install and it worked except for the internet part. Upon reading up on it I found this website and deleted the files I had already installed. I then downloaded from this site and paid for an RA2 account. I have since deleted and reinstalled the file I got via this website to no avail. Please help me.

Well, if the difficulty level is set to Brutal it's quite normal that AI attacks after few few minutes.
Maybe check that the game speed is not "fastest" but just "fast". You'll notice the difference because when u use fastest the buildings and stuffs are built at lightspeed. "Fast" setting is more appropriate
