Where's the Sync?

i have reinstalled the game ( but i dont get the log in screen in ra2, wat i should get after clicking custom game)

now it says ; use xwis to create nicks

im reaaly sure wat to do now,!?

at the bottom it will tell you if you want to see the ladders for either RA2 or Yuri's Revenge

For the game that your playing click on the link or type it in the address bar. You then should be brought up with a page that has the current ladders on XWIS. Now at the top in BLUE, there should be link that says "CONTROL PANEL". Click on this, type in your strike-team.net forums user name and password to log in. Where it tell's you to add serial, add your serial there, (the one you used to install the game). Then it will show a little box that says CREATE A NICK, make sure you select RA2/YR from the drop down list and type the nick into the box, and click create, now use the XWIS password displayed on this screen along with the nickname you have just made into the boxes after you have clicked ''CUSTOM MATCH'' on RA2/YURIS. Then make sure you press on 'remember log in info' or you will have to input this again.

You could try updating your network chipset driver or even try an older version. Chances to solve your problem that way probably aren't too good.

I'd just suggest you to use wireless when playing.

It's a NIC problem. Have you been able to normally play in the configuration as it is now before? Is the laptop new? If not have you used a wireless instead of an ethernet connection before?

Never used it wired before just wireless. The laptop is about a year old.

Something to do with the new AVG update, just installed it myself and Im constantly getting bombarded with RA2MD.EXE is a Trojan Horse. Add to exceptions and it will allow it to run. :')
