i had had the same problem i uninstalled me yurisand ra2 andpress callencel at 99% and then i installed it again and said old file found cant ndate so uninstall yuris and ra2 and dont install 1 to C: and then D: like some noobs <_< (NoT Me 
) install erm both on C: and when u update it and after installing it it should all be ok i you can t get on go to start>search>search for hosts and delete that then u will b able to get online ok m8
