I do not have xgs replay, but as you can see, he has 0 buildings captured, crates are not on, and he has IFV.

The point of this is to have a warning given to the player about disconnecting games.

While his player profile shows a large ratio of disconnections, i would also look, if possible, at his FFGs.  

He starts out with a "only one rule,'  which is implied 'no cheating.'  If the player loses, he kills the connection and shows RE.

I would say it's @ 100% disconnection rate in the limited number of games played with him.

He kills connection after stating "i said there was one rule"

In which file is my password stored?  

I tried one of the other servers, and it messed with my main nick password.

Even with opening game as administrator, i have the autofill on main nick giving me the password for the other server, is there a way to correct this in one of the files on RA2?

Unfortunately, it's not that good of a game, since you have to be ready for his engineer rush.
