Hmm tried all of this but still wont work for me, thx for all the help anyways
Ok problem solved: I had to make a third screen to extend the desktop to and then it worked. Thx all!

have u used the download version from this website?
Install ra2.0.0.0 from this site then install ra2.0.0.2
Run ra2 in compatibility mode for windows xp sp3, also run as admin.
if its the downloaded version and u get a black screen its because its downloading the new maps, just wait that out. if nothing still happens after that id start looknig at hardware acceleration.
Either way get it fixed thomas noob and hit me up for some games
