my "problem" is sometimes i wanted to create a new nick but it always says i already have too many. so i delete one which is always a hard decision because they all are years old. then after it still says too many nicks already, even tho the old nick is lost without return. happened twice now and im not going to try it again. is there any way to still create a new nick for me or is it not allowed to have more nicks today than in the past but the nicks u already ahve can be used?

i started a while ago a topic here when some problems started to give me trouble. (just over night)

the problems were:


-when i create a game other people see only black instead of the map and are not able to press the acc button (here it shows all the new maps in the map pool) some new yuri maps work tho if i join a game but these are maps usually nobody plays

-when i try to play qm and i am the creater of the game it crashes instantly after loading (black screen/dc) makes qm impossible

-when i join a game with new maps it says i dont have them, cant press acc button either

-when someone pages me while im ingame i get the message when i return to the lobby (even tho clan pages/my own) people think im ignoring them

-the ss tool stopped doing ss (yesterday i tryed a /r/dpl ss and it didnt worked.. but i got the game stats message when i returned to the lobby


i downloaded the game 3 times new, the problems still are the same

it seemed nobody could help me so i just had to live with it..


now i wanted to give it another go and also saw the topic about frequenzys optimizer

i deinstalled then downloaded the ra2 olaf file again (which was called multiplayer in the end which wasnt before or was it?) and the optimizer works but still same problems


does not anyone have any ideas? that would be very nice its really annoying for me.

i know it seems nobody has/ had this problems before but im glad for any help or ideas.

i got some ra2 problems since a while now and i finally want to fix it but cant do it alone.

first off i cant create a game anymore (the game gets black in begin an loading time shows off). even when im the creater in a qm game. i know this could be fixed within a reinstall of the game but that didnt work (tried twice). also the other following problems are still the same.

my second problem is that it seems that i need to be on the second place in the player list before a game starts. otherwise the game most of the times wont load or i just get kicked out to the lobby and people have to start without me.

i use the olaf ra2 version with the ss tool but it stopped doing screen shots over night (same with the problems that appeared) also it says ingame i dont got the latest maps. when i try to create the maps are still in the list but other people are not able to accept.

i dont know it has something to do with the change of the internet provider because it started not at the same point just a few days later.

edit: i forgot to mention the problem that when im playing a game and someone pages to me i get the message/s when i entered the lobby again...

if any one got any ideas or even know how to fix this, help would be really appreciated.

so i was wondering that no screenshots of mine appeared in the cm ladder and now i found out about the ss tool but cant install it

i already looked for some other topics but it seems none got the same problem as i got
after i download the red alert 2.002 file and put it into my westwood folder and try to install it says:


"nsis error

installer integrity check has failed. common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. contact the installers author to optain a new copy"

i tryed to download it from a topic which was from january the 14th and it still says the same
and also tryed to download the xwis.dll too

would be cool if anyone got an idea to solve this so i can use all the new maps too

heres my problem. i hope someone can help.

so i uninstalled the older qm patch after downloading the new one. here comes the problem. the icon of the new patch is the same like the launcher but i think it should look just like the old map patch. if im trying to install it it does say qmpatch "10089 is no acceptable win32 task".

if someone got any idea please let me know.
