Never had this problem before. Anyone know how to solve it?

can u explain the problem in more detail
or press test on the connection tool and post the results here

This site. I'm using the Test function on the 'XCC WOL IRC Server Client' connection tool.

Should I be testing another way?

click on connection tool at the top and download it again, just to make sure u got the latest one or the one u got has got corrupted in any way, download and try again.
