Hey Guys here are some simple steps to retrieve your Red Alert 2 game serial from Origin:

Launch Origin and browse the "my games" tab. Find Red Alert 2 and hover your mouse over it, a small box will appear. Click the "i" icon and you will be taken to a page showing the "product code", this is the game serial.

My Games ---> find RA2 and hover mouse overtop, click "i"




Product Code = game serial
