No action can be taken when points have been exchanged.

 

Of the 6 RE's, two of them are games Gullag appears to be winning, Two RE's are after the 3 win rule so no points would be exchanged for these games regardless. 4 of the 6 games, crates were turned on.

 

We will keep track of the player as he does have history, but for now there is insufficient evidence to prove cheating has taken place.
