I was playing qm vs Nico831
The game never loaded went to the "waiting for player screen" and then he never connected.
I'g going to go out on a limb here and state that I think he was map dodging.

its not a cheat, its a bug caused on yr by a file called except.txt that appears on you ra2/yr installation folder, deleting it resolves the problem, a lot of players have the same problem.
