Seems like this will just make more work for admins. If you're cheated in ffg, just leave the game. I don't see the point of this. You'll probably end up banning people who don't even use the forums.

Just because a games 13 years old don't mean U should be able to cheat that's just dumb, RA2 isn't dead because of a few rules being implemented & people will not miss a handfull of FFG cheaters.

Well thats true. Usually its only the bad ffg players that cheat, the better ones dont. (some might maphack, its hard to prove). I play ffg atleast a few hours per day and never do ranked games and i think its good that cheating is against the rules now, even in ffg.
The way to avoid cheaters in ffg is to only play with people you know are good, but the fact that i can now report ffg cheaters is a good thing. Some people might argue that banning ppl from the server isnt the right way to get more players. But you have to realize almost all cheaters are noobs that play with crates, 10 unit count, funny map 4 and beach frontier and such.... we dont really need these players on the server anyway(since they suck bad, and never improve), so it doesnt matter if some of them gets banned from cheating.

Hey i was asking if it now stands with the ban on xwis??
I wanted to ask if auto ss is taken and controlled now on FFG
Because People are still cheating and me and m8s cant never have a game without cheats. well people can cheat but they should say before game and ask host if its ok. Because i dont want it in my freaking games its destroyes whole game.
I want an equal challenge and not people cheating still every game. There are even some player that are joining my game on purpose to destroy them with cheating or attacking me when i.e. im on pos 6 on TOE and pos 5 attacks me with ctrl....
Pls check the ss from ffg and give some people ban. U really think they will stop playing?? No! they will adapt and maybe in 3 -4 month we will have almost just cheatfree players who maybe got better in playing by that. And also maybe just have cheating games if the people know who cheats and which kind of cheats he uses.- If the host doesnt allow cheats and he still use then ban him for 1 day or 1 week ec.
Give it a try pls.
And pls u can already ban kobold and missipi on xwis already i guess u will find on every ss taken that they are cheating constantly and WLF WLF2 JR kane , lllllllllll,
Yea u should even give them a preban 1 week for have been cheaterss since 7 years and more or what ever.
Yea Im still for Banning Cheaters in ffg -> get back the quality to the best game online and ever - duty to westwood atlest

its not like cheating is the problem on xwis, we all know its the activity. and to me it seems like everything is being done except trying to do something for the activity.
its not like im against the idea, i just think its to a wrong time, its gonna cause nothing but trouble, might even drop the activity and gonna give the admins unnecessary new problems/work.
i just dont understand the logic behind the idea, after 7-8 years they decide to ban from ffg's, while almost noone is playing.

but the current situation doesnt require these steps, these steps should've been done after xwis started or if cheating in ffg's actually was a problem.
no offense but you hardly manage the current reports / hof's etc, why would you bother yourself with more work while it worked just fine over all the years?
just keep making more rules and banning as many players as you can on a 13 year old game. surely that will bring back more players.

this server has sucked for like since ever... its obvious.
Olaf booted up QM on ra2 which is utterly useless because there is a tournament function in the lobby game creator.
Olaf used his own ideas about nicknames and such (instead of following WOL servers)
the 3 minute rule was crushed. (ALTING, ENGI eating, 2 war rushing, nothing could be done nomore) sadness...
i still wonder upon this day why you people treated ra2 like you treated yuri... i mean ra2 qm and yuri qm are the SAME. yet, in ra2 u can tournament some1 from the lobby wherein yuri does not provide that option.
o well let me just tell all the fans how olaf told me 6 years ago he wanted to let the game die out. hes probably been visitin to much of them EA party's. nutcase.
i actually didnt really wana say this but now i see how the server has litterly been standing still for the last 6 years (i remember 6 years ago there would be 100 online as there are these days, i can also see it in the rankings its nearly the same) i just gotta say this.. because its not just a guess anymore, its become fact that a game like this has so much potential but that in the wrong hands it just unworthy. LIke many great things. in the wrong hands its not great anymore. painfull to witness.

Also, I am of the opinion that anyone who cannot construct a sentence with [mostly] correct grammar and also speaks English as their first language, then they are a complete idiot. If you want people to listen to you, to read your posts, then you need to be able to make a well organized post that DOES NOT need ambiguous interpreting. That being said, try to make a clean post. One that has correct punctuation with words spelled the way they are suppose to be... There is auto correct for a reason no? So lazy...
