My cousin has never had a XWIS account and bought The First Decade several years back and for some reason when he tried to register his serial it will not register and said ''Serial has been registered already'' which is really silly and have no idea how anyone got the same serial when he never registered here till like a few months ago I think... I looked at the frequently ask question about ''Serial Registered Already'' but it is kinda unfair how he cannot enter a serial that for some reason is already taken... We tried thinking back about older accounts but he has always used one name stated above and nothing else should be linked.
His nick is Serimous and I started this topic because for some reason he could not press the ''Create topic button'' which was greyed out for him, kinda strange...
We never got in any trouble with XWIS ever. Just wanted to make sure.
Also I have a nick I cannot access which is Chad1233... I tried removing it and remaking it but claims to have been taken even though nobody has it. Is there a way to fix this?
EDIT: He tried to log on so he could reply to this topic but for some reason the option to is greyed just like the create topic button. Is there a way to fix this?
EDIT2: I seemed to register Chad1233 for TS but wont work for any of the other C&C games as usual.
