Say if ur random do u have to use allieds one match?
eg. for one match can u just be, iraq, cuba, russia? Or do u have to altinate between the two sides?

As we have so many people, I may switch the first couple of rounds for a group system. So we'd probably have 8 groups of 4 or 5 people. Everyone in the group plays everyone else once, and the two best-performing players go through to a standard double-elimination.

This is good because it's way more flexible (groups aren't screwed if someone drops out or turns out to be unreliable, and lets us chop and change and allow late entries more easily). It also means everyone gets to play (no subs missing out).
