What's this? I try and open YR and this comes up...

- I have no cracks to alter game files (No CD)
- I have a legal copy of YR
- I had this problem a couple of days ago, so I completely uninstalled Ra2 and YR, it worked. This can't be the only solution because it's stupid having to completely reinstall just to have 1 or 2 games a day. . .
- I have tried both of my YR disks too :(
- " " " Ra2 " " :(

EDIT: I have reinstalled and it's working right now

But I'd like to know why this happens. If that's possible, thanks :)

Why don't you ask the crack author?

I got this a few days ago as well, when trying to boot up RA2  Just pressed OK then tried again to start the game and it worked as normal - didn't need a complete reinstall.

Why don't you ask the crack author?

Because it has nothing to do with a crack.

How do you know?

Personal experience.

What makes you think it's crack-related?

Why don't you ask the crack author?

Why don't you ask your optician to get you a stronger pair of glasses
Stop replying sarcasticly, I already said that I wasn't using a cracked version.

And @ Knit, I had to reinstall, was the only solution for me.

I used to have this problem also. It is related to problems with DUAL CORE or P4HT
This article almost always solves the problem - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/909944
The download included in this article is also useful - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896256
Note that these articles are slightly old, and they also apply to windows vista.
