yuri's freezes at load screen

ive got the cds and the keys for ra2 and yuri expsansion and its all legit, but i just cant get yuris to run. . i can start the game but it freezes at the screen with the brutes. ive tried reinstalling several times, changing compatibility but that doesnt work either
