NEVER GIVE YOUR SERIAL NUMBER TO ANYONE!


It is your ticket to play online so keep it safe and secret.

We will (practically) NEVER ask for your serial number to fix a problem, so do not give it to ANYONE, on the server, or on this forum.

DO NOT POST IT IN TOPICS
DO NOT SEND IT TO ANYONE ON THE SERVER
DO NOT SEND IT TO ANYONE ON THE FORUM

We DO NOT need your serial number to fix your problem and will not ask you for it.
We only need the SID number which is your ID number on the server.

If for some VERY rare reason we need your serial number you will only ever be asked for it on this forum by one of 2 people
Olaf Van Der Spek or myself - DonCarlo.
I must stress that this would be a last resort and is very rare so make sure you double check the nickname before giving it.

No other members of ST/XWIS staff will EVER ask you for your serial number so DO NOT GIVE IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, even if the person says they are from ST or XWIS staff.
