I don't really know how I could prove this. I played him on saharah mirage, after I killed his last tech and he had I think 2miners left, he was going to lose, so he made a kirov with no lab.
I don't think he even had a radar.

i wasnt involved but i think on sahara mirrage therer are so many oil platforms where he could build radar and lab:)

No he did the same to me he had no mcv and no lab and builded a kirov some things what u can build with lab! BAN HIM!
