1.007 Tournament III
Tournament Info
- Tournament will be single-elimination (knockout).
- Each round will be best 2 out of 3 games.
- You choose your side (Allies or Soviets) before the tournament starts. Once it's underway you can't change!
- You cannot choose a country more than once per round.
- Maps are chosen at random by me from the map list (see below).
- All games will be observed by me. This is for battle reports and/or video replays. It's also important I see how the patch works when played.
- We will be aiming for one round a week; it's up to players and me to arrange times to play each round.

What if I Haven't Played 1.007?
You may be at a disadvantage if you haven't had experience of the patch before, however there are several resources available to you:
1) The patch readme, which gives basic information about the patch.
2) The Player's Guide. This was written specially for the first tournament and gives lots of useful information.
3) Watch the videos of the best of 3 series between fonger and Sam (both past 1.007 Tournament winners). Not only are these games very entertaining but they demonstrate how the patch is played at a competetive level.
4) Practice in skirmish, trying out the units and maps to see how they've changed.
5) Contact me or anyone with 1.007 Supporter! in their signature for games.
