As XWIS is an official server for EA games we are legally bound to allow only legitimate serials and use of serials on the server.
This means that we cannot make any consessions whatsoever for people that use illegitimate serials or share their serial numbers or accounts with other people.

XWIS is designed to allow only legitimate serial use which means that if you use an invalid or shared serial, or account any of the following could happen.

• If the serial is not in the validation database you will not be able to log in to the server.
• If you share your nickname or serial number with someone that gets banned from the server you may also find yourself banned since your serial number &/or nicknames are associated. Please note they only need to log in once to your account or you to log in to theirs once for this to happen.
• If you try to create nicknames using invalid serials you could find those nicknames auto-deleted.
  
  If any of these things happen we cannot make special allowances for the fact that you shared with someone else, so please do not ask.
  
  So we advice you to
• NEVER use pirate serial keys downloaded from the internet.
• Avoid purchasing used copies of the game
• NEVER share your nickname,
• NEVER give your serial number to others
• NEVER give your password or other account details to others (even if they say its to help you join their clan)
• Protect your account with a strong password

If you are having problems joining a clan then ask for help in the help section of the forum. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PASSWORD TO THE CLAN LEADER

DO NOT GIVE YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS TO "FRIENDS" no matter how much you think you know or trust them. If your friend gets banned you will get banned too if you have shared accounts.

Whilst we are aware that various circumstances mean people may no longer have their original serial numbers we cannot help you with this and you will need to make your own arrangements to optain another legitimate serial number.
Most old games can be purchased at little cost these days. If you cannot find them in your local area then you could try internet shops.
XWIS does not provide serial numbers nor accept any responsibilty from serial numbers that may have been compromised by illegal activty in the past.

We do not support any 3rd party tools for switching serials, or other ways of entering your serial number apart from the normal setps during the installtion menu for the game.
You use 3rd party tools at your own risk, and this could result in your serial number being marked as invalid.

• Wenn ihr euren Nicknamen oder eure Seriennummer mit jemand anderem teilt, der vom Server gebanned wird, werdet ihr ebenfalls gebanned sein, da eure Seriennummer und / oder Nickname damit verbunden ist. Bitte beachtet, dass es dafür ausreichend ist, dass sich jemand einmalig mit eurem Nick einlogged.
• Wenn ihr versuchst einen Nicknamen mit einer ungültigen Seriennummer zu erstellen könnte der Nick automatisch gelöscht werden.

Falls einer dieser Punkte eintrifft können wir keine Sonderreglungen diesbezüglich treffen, also frag bitte gar nicht erst.

Daher empfehlen wir euch:

• NIEMALS Seriennummern aus illegalen Quellen verwenden
• davon abzusehen, gebrauchte Spiele zu kaufen
• NIEMALS den Nicknamen teilen
• NIEMALS die Seriennummer an andere weitergeben
• NIEMALS das Passwort oder andere Accountinformationen weitergeben
• Sichert euren Account mit einem guten Passwort

Wenn du Probleme hast einem Clan beizutreten, so frage in der Helpsektion des Forums. GIB DEIN PASSWORT UNTER KEINEN UMSTÄNDEN AN DEN CLANLEADER.

GIB DEINE ACCOUNTDETAILS NIEMALS AN DEINE "FREUNDE" WEITER, egal wie sicher du dir bist, dass du ihnen vertrauen kannst. Wenn dein Freund gesperrt wird, dann wirst du wegen Accountteilens ebenfalls gesperrt.

Während uns bewusst ist, dass durch verschiedene Umstände manche Leute ihre originale Seriennummer nicht mehr haben, können wir in dieser Beziehung keinerlei Hilfe anbieten. Ihr werdet eigene Maßnahmen treffen müssen um eine andere legitime Seriennummer zu erhalten.
Die meisten älteren Spiele können heutzutage für kleines Geld gekauft werden. Wenn ihr sie in eurer näheren Umgebung nicht findet könnt ihr einen Internetshop aufsuchen.
XWIS stellt weder Seriennummer bereit, noch übernehmen wir Verantwortung für Seriennummern, die aufgrund früherer illegaler Aktivitäten deaktiviert wurden.

Wir unterstützen keinerlei Tools oder andere Wege zum Wechseln der Seriennummer. Dies soll ausschließlich über die Installation erfolgen.
Die Benutzung von solchen Tools geschieht auf eigenes Risiko und kann dazu führen, dass die Seriennummer als ungültig vermerkt wird.

Dinnae share serials or nicks EVER coz the chances are if ye give even one out to anyone at all, even yer granny, no matter how mch you trust them, soooner or later it's going to come back and bite you on the jacksie, ye'll either share other peoples bans, lose yer fav nicks, miss out on HoF and prizes, be disqualified from official tourneys and generally just make life akward for yerselfs.
