We are well aware that there are quite a lot of ladder games not counting and unfortunatley there is nothing we can do about it until Don and Olaf arrive back on Monday. In the meantime, if you loose a ladder game and it doesnt count as a loss in your stats, we encourage you to offer the freewin to show good sportsmanship however the ST are unable to force a freewin to be given.

Everyone will just have to remain patient until the problem can be resolved.

I believe the problem is Yuris Revenge.

At the moment it just seems to be RA2/Yuri. TS is fine by the looks of it =/

is it just random when games dont count? or does it happen certain time/ like for an hour or soemthing??

In der Zwischenzeit folgendes: Wenn sie/du ein Ladder Spiel verlieren und es nicht als Niederlage in ihren Stats auftaucht, ermutigen wir sie dazu dem Sieger einen Freewin anzubieten (um Sportlichkeit/ Fairness etc. zu beweisen). Das Strike-Team is jedoch nicht in der Lage jemanden zu zwingen diesen Freewin zu leisten.

yes this is a really big problem, i really have had like 15 games wich didnt count, and it where all wins, lucky them, even ppl with alooooooot pts , damn man , this gotta b fixed

yes that would make sense.
It is related to the same problem as before - both servers trying to use the same Westwood game IDs. Although it had been resolved, it was brought back after a server reboot
It will be fixed and the number sequences done such that resets wont affect it either.

I had a game on USA server which didn't count...

it can affect all servers but will affect the least busy servers the most

yeah all the games counted on USA but on EU 1 didnt count. Maybe the bug is cuz u play 1 map 2 time in a row. thats what happend to me.

the issue has been returned following the server reboot this weekend.
Olaf is looking into it
