This cheat report is in reference to the following fair play topic: http://xwis.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=39608&st=0.

Here are the stats of the game in question:

The screenshot LorD.PheaL aka MrC uploaded is clearly fake and proves he was either using an infantry trainer or covering up map reveal, most likely the latter. In it, he is able to build crazy ivans, desolators, and flak troopers but has no minimap radar notwithstanding full nuclear power. There is no shroud in the screenshot, so he most likely photoedited the soviet symbol over his minimap or used a trainer to build the aforementioned units. Either way, he cheated. He acknowledges he played the game and uploaded the following screenshot accordingly which fits the description of the game and the fair play discussion. I have reuploaded it at any attempt of removal.

Phil had radar, so not proven. You really should do everything u can to try and shake that mini-map problem you got tho Phil, so perhaps try reinstalling. Post here what you've done to fix the problem

yea well i can also quite easily see that its fake. I cant see anything in Phils screenshots that makes me think they're fake. Now stop spamming the reports with your wealth of possibilities that are selectively proposed while on your witch-hunt.
