If you can't connect to XWIS with this tool, continue reading.
Open a command prompt (Start - Run - cmd).
Start ping (ping servserv.westwood.com).
If the IP address shown is not 195.13.63.187, open the hosts file (location shown in the tool) and add the following line:
195.13.63.187 servserv.westwood.com
Retry the ping.
If the IP address shown is not 195.13.63.187, find wolapi.dll (Start - Search - Files). Backup the DLL and replace it by the DLL in this ZIP.
If that doesn't solve the issue, open a topic and describe the issue. Click Test and include the output in the topic.
