These need to be sorted out by a free win being given by the losing player.

Page them on the server its easy to see when they are online using the WHO IS ON XWIS TOOL.

Note. If you are a losing player do not make ST come looking for you to give the free win as that is likely to count against you.

Only post a cheat report if you have failed to resolve this via fair play, and let them know the report is on ST so they can come here without us chasing them.
