I did everything I need to do to get in the server, but how do I get in the lobby with everyone else and join their games?

no its actually for tiberian sun. Its all up, but it shows im the only one in the lobby, but when I pull up the TS server on this site it shows everyone else in there and shows me in "other games" lobby. I don't get it. How do I get into their games >.<

This link is a great example of where im at right now, I do everything I need to do. I get in the server, as shown in picture three, but im the only one in there. Where do I go from there to join other peoples games? Am I not doing something right? Please help. confused1.gif

okay I did that, it shows I have an invalid serial number, im trying to find a new one to use. but they're all invalid. I lost mine >.<.. Would that be the problem?
