I keep hearing that IRantanx is also the same person as abtin. And this abtin guy has been permenatly banned. I want to know if these two guys are the same and how did he get past ban.

Well he has washed like 2 games in clan kilers already. If he is abtin like everyone says he is he is dodging a perm ban.
