I logged in yesterday and message said banned serial number. Previously a number of my college roomates were using my computer and I was banned about a year ago. I recently got back into the game and purchased a new version thinking this would wipe my slate clean(I am now the only one who plays on my computer). A month later a ban message came back. How can I get this problem fixed?

Hi,
I really don't know except to not save your username and password so your roomates do not have access because buying a new one should have cleaned your slate (unless of course you have cheated in the past and they knew you bought this cd).
When they help you, im sure they will require
SID NUMBER
FULL/EXACT ERROR MESSAGES
because it says it requires that when you post, you should add those ASAP.
