frame 4008 rhinos attack unscouted oil derrick

frame 4060 builds naval yard in unscouted region (pretty far not sure)

maybe he knows map extrmely well not sure but zeps attack range seems iffy and knew exactlly were outside derricks were. the rhinos attacking the derrick gave it away. PR plz

The placement of the naval was a mistake indeed.

ss 1 shows where he puts it in his game. His dogs didnt scout at all and he had no way of putting it there.

ss2 shows that even if the dog had scouted the most southwest of the Island, he still had a hard time placing it.

ss3 shows the place where the naval is located, compared with the position to the other islands.
