If you do not find the answer to your problem then please make a post and a member of the team will be happy to help you.

PLEASE GIVE CLEAR INFORMATION, INCLUDING YOUR XWIS NICKNAME, AND FULL ERROR MESSAGES WHERE NECCESSARY. FAILURE TO GIVE ENOUGH INFORMATION SLOWS DOWN US BEING ABLE TO HELP AND CREATES MORE WORK.

DO NOT HIJACK TOPICS. PLEASE MAKE YOUR OWN INDIVIDUAL HELP TOPIC. TAGGIN ONTO SOMEONE ELSE'S HELP TOPIC JUST CAUSES CONFUSION

Things to include in your post if you require a quality answer

Topic Titles : Please Meaningful and descriptive topic titles

we need exact details of your hardware setup, this includes

cpu type/speed
ram amount/type/speed
hard drive size/space left
video card type/mem size/agp or pci
sound card type/memsize

If You are posting a problem relating to yuri's or ra2

your XWIS Nickname

any error messages (IN FULL) you recieve on xwis, typing it out prefered, screenshots of a 1 line error message wastes space.

your operating system, version and service pack level

your internet connection and details of network if applicable. eg: wireless, NIC, Router, Modem, USB, makes and models.

what game you are playing, TS, Ren, Yuri's or Ra2, etc.

detailed info on your problem and all steps u have taken to rectify the problem

the last things you did to the computer before the problem appeared/was noticed.

Correctly written English. Please start sentences with a capital, and end them with a period. Do not write a 5 line question without punctuation. Make distinctions like between computers and computer's.

If you are posting a windows or hardware related problem

It may be wise to put your question to www.google.com before you post here, you may be surprised to see how many other people have seen the same error message you are receiving.

check the manufacturer/developers web site for faq, user forums or hardware driver updates

search www.google.com for a user support group specific to your hardware/software.

Please do not waste our (and your) time and effort by posting "omg my ______ doesnt work, tell me why" fill in blanks

RTFM!!! (Read the, errr funny (yeah, that's it) manual.) These include also the README.TXT files and INSTALL.TXT files, or files that are placed in a directory sometimes called 'doc' or 'Documentation'.
