Hello. My name is Brett.

Depending on who reads over this post, you may already recognize my name. There has been several lag issues on Renegade, not just on our server, the one Glen speaks of, but on many other servers in the Renegade Community. What troubles me is that it seems that you guys are too focused on other games such as Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge to care at all what happens to Renegade. Roughly 1-2 weeks after the transfer, we lose our ladder system. Then, servers become extremely laggy and in some cases, like ours, get knocked offline every once and awhile. Sometimes, very frequently, others not. All I ask is that you take the time to look into the problems that we are having, because they are not on our end. We have spent the last three weeks looking to find out why it might be on our end, but it is not. Renegade is a great game. I was hoping the XWIS transfer would create a Renegade revival. So far I have been very dissapointed. I'm not being rude when I say this, but if this is how it's going to be, you guys might as well just not ve affiliated with Renegade. The WOL system we had before this was much more stable, not to mention the ladder system. Last, it really seems to me that these posts are avoided and questions are not answered. Instead of providing more questions and leaving us out in the cold, it would be great to have a definitive answer, whether it be the one we want, or the one we dont.
