some one please help!

me and my friend (oON0vAOo) we tried to play ra2 or yuri online. i have 2 serials, i've already activated one from ra2. he typed the other serial (yuri's revenge) to get a password and play online. but we got this message:

Serial has been registered already (SID: 635011)

this code is original, because we bought the games years before. what now?
