Played vs werwiewas, custom tourny, crates on.

He was losing and just when I was attacking his base with 70% more tanks than him, the recon error pops up.

After the game he rehosts the tourny and acts like nothing happened.

On the ladder the stats show up as Win / Win, which is a bit weird.

By looking at the screenshots though, this game (below) was the first reconnection error.

C&C Yuri's Revenge Resolution Fix

This patch will remove resolution restrictions for Yuri's Revenge while playing on XWIS.

Instructions

1. Download the resolution fix (click this text).

2. Open the "YR-XWIS-RESOLUTION-PATCH.zip" file and copy "Yuri's Revenge.exe" and "XYR.dll" into the folder that you have installed C&C Yuri's Revenge in.

Note: When using the Yuri's Revenge Windows 8 or 10 fix this patch is already included in that download.

C&C Yuri's Revenge - Windows 8, Windows 10 Fix

The following should fix the functionality of Yuri's Revenge on Windows 8 and Windows 10. Please follow the instructions in this thread.
Note that this fix should work with the Origin version of Yuri's Revenge as well. Although the ALT+TAB functionality does not work.


1. Download the files needed to apply the fix from below.

2. Install the compatibility database by opening it's folder and double clicking the file called "Double Click Me".

3. Copy the game files from their folder (that is named "game files") into the folder that you installed your game in.

4. Apply the compatibility settings to all of the .exe game files as shown in the image "compatibility settings".



 
5. Try to run the game (ra2md.exe). If the game doesn't run, post back with the following format.

So the story is that this kid matched me in QM on MayDay he got bottom, I got top.
After a long, decent gg he loses. Then for the next five or more occasions he matches me in QM, but the game gets stuck at the connection screen
or freezes at the loading screen. Had to close the game with the task manager on many of the cases.

I see that his ladder profile has a lot of REs'.

C&C Red Alert 2 - Windows 8, Windows 10 Fix

The following should fix the functionality of Red Alert 2 on Windows 8 and Windows 10. Please follow the instructions in this thread.
