Every time I press custom match it takes me to "Login" screen. Instead of the list of current matches?

I'm running windows 10 under Origin and it's been fine for weeks.

It just stopped working today.

I have reinstalled twice - still no joy.

Any ideas please ?

I'm getting this error message on startup any ideas??? TXT_PREPARECOM_FAILED
