Why isnt my Screen Grab software working?? I was just cheated by zxtom, and none of my screen grabs worked. help me plz?

I have JUST been CHEATED!!
He didnt say ANYTHING to me. this pic is the only proof that I played him. This probably isnt proof enough. but a HEADS UP TO ALL PLAYERS......DO NOTPLAY zxtom. HE WASHED ME!

how do I get a ss of people talking in the lobbys?? or when I am being matched up w/ some one on qm??

shift+S doesnt work. or i havent found where it puts the files.??

Why cant I auto mag when I am yuri?? I am pressing ctrl+shift, but it doesnt work. Will some one help me plz?? I cant even find the option when I look under defineing shortcut keys.

I am begining to hate this!!!! PWALLY just washed me, and it was very odd, it doesnt even record us playing either, He washed right after it said ronnection error(only for a half a second, and so it happened so fast I couldt get a ss of this) then it took me to the screen where it says "do you want to add pwally to your buddy list?" it didnt even show the stats page!!! I AM FED UP WITH IDIOT WASHERS!!!!!!!!!
