Patching Ra2 on Windows 7 [Expired]

The patch downloads in game and says 'Ra2 will now restart to install the patch'.
It then goes to desktop and no installation box comes up.
The Ra2 icon stays in the taskbar but does not respond.

Downloaded the patch straight from this website, installed fine.
Now says version 1.006, but says still requires patch to play online.

Any help would be appreciated.

edit: tried reinstalling Ra2 and installing patch from this website first, same problem.

i played xuxdiex on the nick 'a1sublime'.

i won, he reconned. no points were given.

upon further inspection of his stats it is clear he does it regularly.

playin an ffg. sent my dog slowly in little bursts instead of charging in like a noob. deval doesnt know how to scout so he thought i was mapping. i dont know why im wasting my time posting this. You might aswel post the xgs you said you were running aswel as your ss.
